SHIPPING INFORMATION

The Victors Order Processing:

Once you place an order, we aim to process and ship it within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

The Victors University Order Processing:

Orders placed for the upcoming school year will be processed and shipped 1-3 weeks before the first day of school. Due to the custom nature of our items, there is an additional lead time. For items placed throughout the school year, we aim to ship within 1-2 business days. If items are on backorder, we will ship as soon as they become available.

Shipping Methods and Times:

We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. The delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen during checkout and your location. Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or holidays.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address. You can view the estimated shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or the courier's website.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The Victors Return Eligibility:

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The Victors University Return Eligibility:

We accept uniform returns within 90 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team or visit our Returns Center on our website.

Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds and Store Credit:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit as per your preference.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team or visit our Returns Center.

We will guide you through the exchange process and assist you in placing a new order for the desired item.

We do not cover the shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the package reaches us safely.
